Textures flickering, Game unplayable

Game is unplayable with the textures constantly flickering all over the place for me. Here's a screenshot, Any idea how to fix this?

If you didn't do it already, turn on 'vsync'. That could fix some flickering issues, as it sets the framerate of the game to a fraction of the framerate of your screen.
Is your graphic driver up-to-date? Don't read my signature!
