Disable right click move to start of stash tab list when locked open.

Let me start by saying thank you much for the ability to lock the stash tab list open. When you lock the tab for your stash list open it would be nice if right clicking didnt send them to the top. Possible to get a second lock button or a check box similiar to the hide remove tabs that would lock all your tabs in place so accidently right clicking wouldnt send it to the top.
Its not a huge thing but damn if it doesnt irk me when I send a couple to the top.

This has happened to me too. Also, fix the chat staying on top of the stash if you decide to look at this.
