Inpulsa's Broken Heart Explosions SFX missing

Inpulsa's lightning explosion sound effects are very hard to hear.
On some maps (indoor, Delve) it's way louder and has more "pop" like Profane Bloom and Herald of Ash explosions but on outdoor maps the lightning explosion sounds are so low volume, they are basically too quiet to hear.

As Inpulsa's is pretty much the only way to get nice explosions on lightning builds, I found that is an issue.

Can't remember to not hear the lightning explosion SFX in the past, so I think it could be bugged.
