Frequent PC client crash to desktop

Hello,

I've received the following error code after experiencing a hard client crash to desktop:

The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000001) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FF8FCA2A839

I've also experienced a few 'bad memory' crashes where the client hard exits to the desktop, but I forgot to grab the error code :(
