Insatiable Malice MTX is bugged

Wearing any piece of the insatiable malice mtx set or the pandemonium hood will cause a black square to cover your character whenever you use Berserk, switch between blood and sand stance or anytime you zone into an area with blood and sand active, i havent tested any thing else in particular so there could be other problems.

I had a similar issue and thought it was related to my Automaton Cyclone MTX (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2894635)...my thread has a link to a video showing the issue.
After seeing your thread, I removed the Insatiable Malice MTX and viola, cyclone MTX is working now. So def something with the Insatiable Malice MTX...but SPECIFICALLY with the VULKAN renderer.
