Notifications no longer link me to the comment in question

I get notifications for things like people quoting me, or responding to my topics and the links take me to the start of the topic instead of the quote/reply. In the past they would take me to the quote/reply.
I access notifications via: https://www.pathofexile.com/private-messages/inbox Edit: Maybe the comment quoting me was deleted... It's intermittent, many notifications do take me to the specific post when clicked so I'm leaning towards some notifications being linked to posts that no longer exist which results in the links redirecting to the first post in the topic.
I don't think this is an issue. Computer specifications:
