Hunter exalted orbs and synthesis items

Hello,
I'm wondering if I can use a hunter's exalted orb on an item who is already lab enchanted and with too implicit from the new harvest craft.
In the game they say that I can't use the harvest craft on a Hunter base, but can I do it on the other way by using this hunter exalted orb after?

99,9999...% No. Would be really dumb if you could'n put bad random implicits on your mirror tier item but could roll implicits untill they're good and then made the mirror tier mods.
