If lioneyes are build enablers, and it sure sounds like it, the way they seem to be being found or chanced fairly easily, time to hold off buying one until the price falls. Pity the early people who bought them for 20-30+ exalts, grats to the early sellers. POE is a constantly evolving game, so expect balance changes, buffs and nerfs STILL!
