Fractured mod changed while bench crafting

I went to fracture my wand and it hit the crafted mod "Trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill". I then figured I could craft another thing on there, but apperently not. The fractured mod changed as the "Trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill" mod got removed. Is this working as intended?

It for sure a bug and potential economy breaking, and also reported before
