Heart of the Grove boss became untargetable

Got Heart of the Grove ready, entered tier 1 map and on ~30% of boss life it became untargetable and unkillable no matter what I do. I have tried restarting client and reentering the instance but no help so I had to fail her due to this. The Heart is now gone from Grove, no Oshabi and the quest says to Nurture the Heart.

I just want to know if I need to just run red maps or I need to plant t4 seeds once again to start Heart growth

Ran into the same issue, also had weird black boxes showing up around the vines before it went untargetable.

This happened to me too. We need to get a response to this and a more clear answer of how to get the boss to spawn again or an easier way to respawn it for the accounts that get bugged considering there is a timed event going on around this.
It was such a grind to unlock it in the first place, and it's odd how vague they are about another attempts (is T1s enough, do we need another T4?) considering it's bugging out for people. EDIT: I've ran 20 more red maps and harvested all the mobs assocaited with them, including a fresh T4 and T3s. Nothing has changed. No NPC, no Heart of the Grove, no nothing. I just keep getting a pop-up to nourish the Heart of the Grove, but there is no progress bar anywhere. " Yes! All along the fight when spawning vines or the ring of vines I had black boxes all around the screen. The most hillarious thing was the ring of vines phase when 90% of my screen was black and I could only see HP bar above them :) |

Same issue here. The fact that this has been reported numerous times and there is still no answer is really worrying.
