FPS Drop after latest patch

Performance on Vulkan was smooth at league start.
However, after the latest patch, FPS has dropped to single digits or low double digits on Vulkan.

Here are my graphics settings




Laptop running Windows 10, with Geforce 940MX
Latest drivers updated 2 days ago.
Intel core i5-8250U@1.60GHz
8 GB RAM

Problem persists when switching over to DX11 as well.

Hope to receive some help on this.
