Captcha is required when I access POE site which is causing Exilence and POB not to work

I ran into this issue this morning due to opening too many Live searches on POE trade official site, I had 28 live searches at the most open at one time for a short period as I was copying links to send to another player. There was no immediate issue until this morning, hours after the suspected issue. I have submitted two help tickets and I am awaiting some sort of response from GGG.

Is there any way to expedite the resolution process from GGG after submitting a help request?

I have tried to resolve this myself using various methods with no success. This seems to be a GGG blacklist event. If this is going to take days to resolve then that is an issue. I cannot access any Path of Exile online content without a Capcha interruption every 8 minutes. This is the first time I have had this issue with the programs I use to check trade prices in game.

Before you comment with a suggested solution, yes I have already tried it twice.

So you have already tried getting a new IP from your ISP ??

And no, you will have to wait your turn in the support queue like everyone else.

A possible fix could be for you to start using a VPN.
