Desecrate not working for Host Chieftans

I am using 3 spectres:
-Carnage Chieftain
-Host Chieftain
-Solar Guard

When using Desecrate in my hideout, it gives the Solar Guard, and the Carnage Chieftain, but never gives the Host Chieftain. It keeps giving Desecrated Bonestalker which was one I had previously. It's like Host Chieftain never gets added to my Spectre list for Desecrate to see.

Even re-acquiring all 3 and using Descrate does not pick up the Host Chieftain in the Desecrate list.
