Then how were you guys able to make the changes to the Cluster Jewels, and how you get the new Implicit Jewel Sockets by selling them to a vendor, why couldn't this be done for the bows?

I discussed a number of possible ways to fix this problem with the designer who made the mistake and the fix.
Unfortunately, there was no way to make the old versions of the item match the new ones.

I know that it sucks to have a version of an item that isn't as good as it could be. This isn't something that we take lightly when it happens either. Hopefully this won't happen again.

I'm sorry that we let you down and couldn't rectify the situation better.
Actually it seem the root problem would be the mod of the legacy bow was shared with Kitava's Feast (mod id: LocalIncreasedPhysicalDamagePercentUnique__23). I am more surprised that no one reported that they have an undocumented buff (which now seem unintended) on the bow in 3.5 for the increased Physical Damage so that the bow has a collateral nerf in 3.11

I know it seem bad to make Kitava's Feast also had a new mod (the bow seem has the new mod " LocalIncreasedPhysicalDamagePercentUnique__38") but anything that has the old "LocalIncreasedPhysicalDamagePercentUnique__23" has the old range back (whatever is (250-300) or (265-330)), as it would still buff all Kitava's Feast in the current temp league expect those newly drop.

But i guess the dev has presented this solution right?
