Xoph's Nurture stealth nerf?

Hello.
I recently upgraded my Xoph's Nurture in Harvest league, but the stats should be different, its 200-240% increased phys damage, but it was buffed in patch 3.9 to up to 330% phys damage? no mention in the latest patch notes and i didnt find anything in the wiki. can you please clarify, stealth nerf, bug, can i expect it to be changed in time? i only started my build expecting to get the 3.9 buffed version ... The physical damage is ninja buff in 3.5 so that may be they use the same ninja mind to nerf it

" It doesn't clarify what will be the action on this item. Does this Xoph Nucture will be put back at prenerf stats or not ? Because this bow was a good unique one and the nerf makes it useless like most of unique bows in the game. I hope it will be buffed back to previous stats. |
