Can't delete character.

Feel kinda stupid, but I keep on getting this error message when I try to delete my character.

 Hmm, odd. Sounds like there is something going on inside your Harvest farm area. If you still can’t figure it out, email support@grindinggear.com. |

Please log in to the character and use the chat command /recoveroldcraftingbenchitem to retrieve the Harvest Infrastructure item from your Harvest crafting bench. You should be able to delete the character after this.

I also can not delete my Char and the chat command /recoveroldcraftingbenchitem does not help. I have 2 Pylon's in my Inventory and I can not destroy them.
I ask for help, thank you. |

Those are essential account-bound (Stash-restricted & Drop-disabled (as in you cannot drop this item)) quest items. You HAVE to wait for them to be yoinked (& permanently DELETED) off of the character before you can delete the character.
