Failed to conncet to instance

The only way I can get past this crash it to create a new instance in where it crashes, but it's annoying when it does it the first time.

Still having this issue as of this post, it is making story progression impossible and will make mapping a nightmare if not resolved asap. Please focus your efforts on resolving an issue that is LITERALLY game breaking. I've been having this go on for two days now and every time it happens I just have to put the game down because there is nothing I can do.
Update: Got to the point in the story where you need to go into Maligaros' map, this shit happened to the instance the map happens to be in, every portal just sends me back to the log in screen. If this is the taste of this issue in mapping I am not going back to the game until this is confirmed to be resolved. SOLVED: Hey guys, just a small update about this: deleting my Content.ggpk file and letting the game patch it back to a clean state has resolved this issue for me. I haven't encountered it in a few days since doing this.

Nope. You solution is not a solution
