Guys I just found out a solution! At lease work for me. Here it is:
Try to encouter Oshabi in the map and plant seeds and when you can Harvest, HARVEST! then you MUST CRAFT something!
This let me complete all his quest! And then I can go there from waypoint!

Edit: I talked too fast, now it's bugged on the lifeforce collector even though I placed both of the ones she gave me.

Same issue here; can't progress the quest from "The Sacred Grove" and my garden is now uninteractable. All seeds are fully grown, but can't be harvested.

You have collector? My wife's character doesn't even have collector to start harvesting

I Played whit a friend and both of us cant get the collector for the quest.

I have the exact same problem! First league starting in group play aswell XD Hope they have a hotfix for this soon!
