[HELP] 3.11 zerker infernal blow

Hello guys, for some reason i dont feel good about chieftain or any other ascendancy, so id like to know if its possible to make infernal blow infernal cry max block berzerker...
after seeing the changes to staffs i thought with judgement staff it might be possible to get max block(is it actually easier to get attack block compared to spell block?)
Ive never done any build of my own so i have no idea how to go about it..
So if anyone could help me out with this and possibly give me some ideas why to change this and that it would be nice...
so far ive just come up with this

ive just put some judgement staff in and manualy changed it to 20% spell block...

It shows, I would just stick to someone else's build until you can see how terrible this build idea is and can actually create meaningful builds, there is too much wrong here to attempt to correct.
