with the new warcries in harvest, maybe we can play an ode to the d2 singer barb from back in the days!

(Singer barbs were crap though, unless you are talking speedrunning). |

20+ mandatory passive points to buff your shouts and all the cluster jewel notables are bad. Maybe next league.

" New warcry notable had to be nerf otherwise they would had been way too strong. There some decent warcry notable but not soo much for stacking, maybe 2 notable can be stack for bonus. Free onslaught for you or your party/summon. Up to 100%(25% per 5 power) increased armor. 1 random Ailment removal in case you don't want to keep a flask for bleed or poison, ignite, shock, etc. They aren't as strong as getting up to 75% warcry buff(1 small passif) for 1 medium jewel but they still have their use. |
