I already advice any game componies this idea and this idea is realized in drakesang online
If your character is around the leader then you get a buff else if you are long apart from the leader you get a debuff. It forces you to be next to the leader and support your leader

2.... Not even 0.1s to grab your loots or you're 20 screens behind.

In Drakensang online this problem is solved by making your own loot for each player

3... "Less XP because more deaths"

This problem is already solved in drakensang online

4.... "No possibility to trade when someone whisps"

This problem exists only bcoz POE was not designated for party-playing and this problem can be solved like previous ones

Conclusion:
Of course GGG should rethink big part of the game but it is worthwhile
Blizzard already begins to rethink diablo 4 and you can find video in internet where many players are assembled to kill the boss

As a client who suport this free-to-pay game by my increasing 700$ i deserve to have possibility to talk to GGG developers directly to be heard

When i make any idea to e-mail then i always get one type of message:

"I have gone ahead and passed your suggestions regarding this onto the relevant team members to be looked into further."

All we know that it is just an official statement that means nothing and it "insults" me

I need and want live conversation to the developers

Should be sub-forum named: - "live conversation to the developers"

Absence of such forum is not my breaching but developer-forum-drawback

IF GGG MADE SUCH SUB-FORUM I WOULD NEVER BREACH THE FORUM'S CODE OF CONDUCT AND YOU KNOW IT

Team-feeling (friend-feeling) is a spiritual value
Playing with friends regular maps doesn't make much sense because you end up spending more time chatting then killing mobs. Playing with random parties that share the same goal is a bit better (blight maps, Einhar/Niko/Beachhead/specific maps rotations, etc).

When i talked about friends i meant just party member - its just a name forparty member in some games - i don't meant reallife friends

Team sririt is invaluable!!! In drakensang online you slay monsters on any map simultaniously with other players without parting and if you wanna add any player to your party you just need to click on it.

In POE you must negotiate about party before running map

Yes, that is good! You don't want random characters to come in your area, kill everything a lot more efficient then you do, and take all the loot while you are several screens behind.

In drakensang online - i repeat my thought mentioned above - each player gets its own loot

Look, guys - it's ridiculous - some POE-player talks about some problem then i say that this problem is already solved in Drakensang - online giving a solution as an example.
Then some payer comes to this thread and write the same problem and i need to repeat solution again and again - ridiculous!!!!

Blizzard already understoond that team - spirit is a value and indroduced a party-boss killing in diablo 4 and all problems that have relation to party-boss-killing are already solved in drakensang-online.

All problems that are listed here by various players are solved by drakensang online and others games and i am not going to continue this senseless conversation bcoz it's obvious that GGG can realize party-boss-killing in POE or POE 2

But again the way GGG want PoE to work is how the game is, so again you have 3 options -->
1. You put it as feedback (as it is now after GGG MOD moved your thread away from bug report).
2. You accept and continue playing.
3. You leave PoE for good (like you have stated several times that you would) and play Drakensang.
