" He doesn't seem to understand how the conversion works and what the threshold jewels actually do. Since most of the damage is already converted to Fire, he's actually gimping his own damage by a total of 30% more by using the threshold jewels. If you remove the threshold jewels in PoB, watch your damage go from 1mil dps to 1.3mil dps. All they jewels do in this case is make it so you lose 50% of any converted damage. This guy clearly has no business making build guides, he doesn't understand half the stuff he's put into the build. " No need to talk down to the OP, also it makes sense, that 1.3 mil your staring at is just your fire hit please take a second and look at your lightning and ice damage and notice that it barely does any damage, if you average the three you'll be doing significantly less than the 1mil ish he actually has. The point of the jewels is to make sure you only select fire due to ele hit literally being only capable of doing damage of the element that is selected. Please make sure you understand how over-conversion and the skill works before you talk down to someone about their build. | |

Zoinks, yep forgot about the actual interaction of EH.
