Wands Ranger

Is wands ranger viable? Like, going into AS and Accuracy in Agility, and going all the way to the top of the Int tree for the Wands?

doubt it, im assuming bows will have more viable choices and more dmg, but what do i know, im not in the beta so you could try

I love weird/random builds. I wanted to try a dual wielding wand build (I heard it was possible). Since it fires projectiles and is ranged, I'm sure some of the dexterity based skills could help support a fun and interesting ranger class build.

Possible; difficult, since wands are aligned solely with intelligence. Basically, this would mean you would have to be satisfied with lower-tier wands than a witch going for wands might use at the same level.
