Sweep or Cyclone ?

Just took a quick look.

The good news is you have a lot of opportunity to improve your build. I would stick with this character as a learning experience. You should get a free passive tree refund when the new league starts, so that will make it easy.

Thoughts...

You should decide where you want to specialize. Defensively, Champion leverages Fortify, where Gladiator leverages Block, and Slayer is a leech machine. Offensively, Champ gets some Impale boosts, where Glad is Bleed and Slayer gets Crit and Culling. Look more at the ascendancy points to see what they offer. It's better to focus on one. A build that tries to leverage Bleed, Impale and Crit will not be as strong as one that focuses. Once you get your build in a stronger place, you can run the basic Lab to get your first two points.

Two-handers will get some love in the new league, so I'd stick with that, but you still need to choose between Axe, Mace, and Sword. You will want to take 2H nodes in the tree, but can also leverage weapon nodes.

Lack of links is killing your dps. You want your main damage skill in at least a 4L by now, so three good supports. By the time you enter maps, it's good to be working on a getting a 5L. You can have your body, helmet, gloves and boots as 4L by the time you enter maps. With a 2H weapon that is also a 4L option. (There are recipes in Delve to add, link and color sockets.) You may not need four gears as 4L, but at least two is a basic requirement. One for your main dps skill and one for a support set-up, such as CWDT - Molten Shell - Increased Duration, plus something else that benefits from Incr Duration. More links for your Anc Warchief will also boost that damage.

You could also get yourself a better weapon, since Attack skills scale off the base weapon damage. Going from 2L to 4L with a better weapon would probably give you 4 to 5x your current damage output. That's a huge QoL change.

Defensively, your lack of ele resists combined with low life are killing you. You need to cap your ele resists at 75%, and recognize you will lose another 30% of each when you complete act 10. You can fix this through cheap gear trades, especially rings.

Ideally you would have about twice the life you currently have. You get this from flat life on armor and % increased life in the tree.

The combination of low resist and low life means that there are things one-shotting you that you would normally be able to brush off. This is another huge QoL improvement.

Flasks are another topic that we can save for later - or someone else will weigh in.

This is all just about learning how the game works. Path of Building can help you with that if you haven't used it before.

Anyway, that's a start. Ask more questions as they come up.

Thanks for the detailed info .. The main outcome of all these ..Is that I have a lot to learn about the mechanics behind the fights .. and that is the main reason boss fights are painfull .. But in time I think I can fix things .. I'll try to fix the key points you mention and learn how path of building work .. For the weapon part at first I was a fan of the Axe but I think I am going to finally select a Sword .. For now I have only one question .. How I can get a better weapon ?? And I ask this because I think that before start fixing things I must have a good weapon as base to evolve .. Good weapons are very rare and they mostly drop from bosses or monsters plus I don't have a lot of currency for a trade ... Good weapon trades from experienced players a expensive ... Can I craft one by myself or that is for experienced players and not for beginners ?? I watched a video how to craft and I think that it's a little difficult for an non experienced player .. Anyway thoughts all around .. When you have the time and a good mood say something .. Thanks again ..
Yes, learning the boss fights is important, but I would focus on more dps and more defense. That will make all boss fights (and clearing) a lot easier. As you get to a boss, watch a video on the fight.

On weapons, you could pick up a different unique like Kondo's Pride for 1-2 c. That should give you a solid boost, but you can check PoB to see. A better rare might run you 10-20 c, and a really nice blade would cost you exalts.

At your level, I would look for how much dps increase you can get for 1-2 c.

Crafting is an option, but for now I would only worry about adding one more mod on the bench if you happen to get a rare blade with an open slot. More advanced crafting is not for the faint of heart, and you can often get more value just buying something.
