Arcanist bane Brand?

I dont think whispering ice will work with arcanist brand.
Only SUPPORT gems in a whispering ice will work with whispering ice.
Arcanist brand is not a support gem.

And arcanist brand should not work with any item based skill.
As it says any "triggerable" skill. Item based skills are not triggerable.

I know this will suck compared to bladefall bladeblast arcanist brand, but I'm going to go ball lightning + pcoc discharge arcanist brand. I always wanted to just cast discharge without having someone to generate the charges for me, or without doing any gimmicks like COC/romiras banquet. It will suck, but it will be fun until T2 maps at least.

Wrong. Whispering ice works with CoC and Cwc, as well as traps, totems and mines...
