HELP with Wand stats

I meant map debuff but you answerd that aswell :))
I have the zealath oaths node that convert life regen to mana shield regen, that's why I use a life flask Would you recomend shiveron wand or void battery wand for arc/ball lightning mine build?? They are very cheap on xbox compared to very strong crafted wands. Xbox server have almost no players crafting gear... " ZO converts life regen to ES regen. Life flask will recovery ES only under effect of The Sorrow of the Divine unique flask. Life flask will have no effect otherwise (except removing of bleeding) " Both wands scale damage with an extra Power charges. You can compare different setups in PoB. Im kinda lost, why would my life flask not regenerate my energy shield when I have the zealot oath? I have the big node skill on the skilltree. It say life regen becomes energy shield regen.

There´s difference between life regen and life recovery from flask.
Zealot´s Oath (passive node) will transform any life regeneration to ES regen but has nothing to do with life (ES) recovery from flask f.e.: Sanctity passive will regen 1% of your ES with ZO allocated You can´t use life flask (there´s also NO ES flask) to recover ES with one exception. The Sorrow of the Divine https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Sorrow_of_the_Divine it has this modifier: Life Recovery from Flasks also applies to Energy Shield during Flask Effect (it only works while flask is active) Besides that it also provides Zealot's Oath during Flask effect (even without allocating it).
