What Happens If You Have 100% Chance to Flee AND 100% Chance to Taunt?

So, I have been wondering this since the game came out and have not tried it myself, I have asked many this question on global channels as well with no answers and haven't seen it being asked on forums or YouTube videos, but does anyone know the answer to this?

What exactly happens when you hit a mob if you have 100% Chance to Flee AND 100% Chance to Taunt? Does the monster/mob just go back and forth and glitch out essentially? Does your hit only apply either chance to flee or chance to taunt first or one a time or is there an order in which it is applied? If anyone knows the answer to this, I would greatly appreciate it as I am genuinely curious about how this dual use of the chance to flee and chance to taunt mechanic works

Then you get a 100% chance to 'flaunt'.

The monster runs away, but reports you to the mods, who may decide to mute you for being a big meanie to the monsters.

Most likely youll get instance crash with all portals erased xD

But seriousty, those effects might just deactivate each other, so nothing will happen on the end. Like feeding frenzy linked with meatshield on minions do.
They'll just flee normally. Taunt doesn't make enemies attack you, it makes it so they'll target you over anything else.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.
That's the thing, I see people respond and it's mostly just guesses as to what will happen. I need someone to actually try it and see what happens. If you have 1 mechanic (Chance to Taunt) making them agro or go towards you and then the other mechanic (Chance to Flee) making them go away from you, it's interesting what actually happens when you attack a mob if you have 100% chance of both chance to flee and chance to taunt. My assumption is that no one has tried this yet because why would you use either one of those anyway, especially both at the same time lol. Regardless, it would be cool to see via YouTube video or any other proof to see what actually happens instead of just assumptions

Dude, it doesn't need to be tested. A taunted enemy will just act normal when getting hit with flee. It's not a guess, taunt doesn't affect an enemies behavior.

Whereas, Chance to Flee: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Chance_to_Flee_Support

Then again, I'm arguing with a person who plays this game on console, only has 25 challenges, hasn't tested anything and just makes assumptions out of a need to argue LOL. Whereas I've been playing 2013 and just asking a question to see if anyone else has tested it instead of just taking wild guesses. Anyway, I'll be testing it out myself soon since it seems others won't bother
