Game flickers while on windowed fullscreen

Title says what is going on. I enabled vulcan and while I am using my second monitor POE flickers between black and on game screen.

same, although it only happens when i alt tab either into the window or out of it. also when the game flickers a short black screen my OBS gets like 5sec of blackscreen in the recording scene.

Yes,same issue, when the game gains focus it flickers black for a second. Also just happens on "mouseout".

Just wanted to add that I also have the bug that screen blink when my mouse click outside of the windowed full screen.

Please do not block the mouse in the screen as solution ! It is pretty handy to be able to click in second monitor without doing alt tab !

And do not reduce screen when click outside the windows too. Some games are doing this and Path of exile is doing it perfect not reducing the windows

i have the same issues. Windowed fullscreen also stops overlays from being "on top" of the game, So software like PoE companion get there overlay stuck behind. Currently have to play in windowed mode to fix all these issues. Love Vulkan though. Great FPS gain and less stutery.

i have the same issue, i play on borderless full screen, alt tabbing, pressing start menu causes the screen to flash in black for split second.

but i had this issue with other Vulkan games, so i don't know what could be the problem, i have an RX 580 with latest graphics drivers.
