MTX Glow effects bugged (Transcendence,Black Armour,Raven Demon Wings etc.)

This Bug keeps happening to me seemingly random.
It affects all Armour MTX that have some sort of Glow on them and displays that glow as a kind of bubble.
I use blink/Mirror Arrow, Flesh Offering, Bone Armour and Shroud of the Lightless. I think it might be the cause from one of these Items/Abilities or a combination of them. But i cant find a way to reproduce it, so i might be wrong. I hope this gets fixed soon.

EDIT:
I finally found the Bug! It is caused by taking damage right before bone armour expires. This way the brief glowing that occurs when you take a hit during bone armours effect stays permanently.
It does not matter what MTX is equipped, you can even wear no MTX at all and this Bug happens.
This Bug also occurs when the damage from the hit is breaking the shield.
The only way to get rid of this glow is to use bone armour again, take damage and let it expire or change the instance.
After some further Testing i noticed that this Bug also occurs when using steelskin.
