There are a ton of 1 ex bases that are listed for Dupe Service (that means they will cost you around 12/15ex total depending on beasts costs and fees, usually 1ex per try)

There are multiple zero-fee IIQ dupe services (indeed etc)
Each try is 3ex (1-1.1ex for craicic and 1.8-2ex for fenumal), and its 1/3 to get a dupe.

I never heard of free services so far. Good for people if they exist! Of course if you add a 1ex fee it's 9ex+3ex fee (12ex), admitting you are lucky enough to find beasts for cheap and also admitting that you don't get screwed by rng! In general those services also require quite a bit of time, sealing all the beasts, trying to make people understand what is a yellow rare beasts etc..

Also I personally don't enchant items. Maybe some people still do. But on most common bases no one enchants anymore!
