Hey, everyone!
I've returned with another post to announce the May 30th race! I'm working with Rex again to bring you guys a Class Race to Level 80! Similar to the Demigod races of old, those finishing top of their class will receive rewards! This one is open to the entire community so if you want to test your speed against the very best, be sure to sign up! Race rules, prizes, etc, can be found below! Pick your favorite class, or try your hand at a lesser-played class in order to secure a win! There are prizes for the top 3 of each class, with a grand prize for first overall. However, the run time of this league will be 12 hours and anyone reaching level 80 within this time frame will be eligible to win the additional raffle prizes! This will allow players who cannot start at the race start time to still compete, in addition to allowing those who are not the fastest a chance to win in order to make the event more community-friendly. It is also our wish to not make streaming a requirement. While strongly encouraged, we understand PoE is an international game with players of many different circumstances. We do not wish to exclude those who do not have top of the line equipment from participating in an event that could help better their situation. Entering the Race: Anyone who would like to enter may do so by applying to the league. We've prepared for up to 1,000 participants, so there's plenty of room! If the even size exceeds this we may have to do a bit of crowdfunding. Race Rules: This section has been updated after multiple inquiries! The race will begin at 4pm UTC. Streaming is not required. The first racer to reach level 80 regardless of class will take the top prize in addition to their class prize. The first three racers to level 80 in each class will be awarded their prizes. If you are not streaming, the following criteria will be needed for a screenshot to be submitted:
You'll submit this information in the Community Racing Discord: https://discord.gg/hBDkYbp After 12 hours poe-ladder will take a snapshot of the league, allowing us to record every PoE account that has a level 80 character. This snapshot is handled by us and does not require submission or streaming. Multiple level 80 characters will not result in additional entries. Any racer receiving a top prize will not be eligible for a raffle prize. Do not delete a character from the league. If you need a character slot please merge the character to the parent league and delete from there. Failure to merge before deletion will remove your character from the ladder entirely and render you ineligible for prizes. Prize Information: All Prizes and Leagues have been funded by Rex! " Every other one I've seen specifically said that somewhere, so I applied anyways. I'm really hoping you're wrong, I need another stash tab pretty bad. Delirium has just become way too tedious to keep playing, with Simulacrum just spewing mountains of good stuff at you. Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

Thank you for making this race!
