Watcher's Eye - Precision Question

If your flasks run 4-6 seconds, is it a benefit if they recharge in 1 second vs 2?

If your damage is low enough that you can't recharge them in 4 seconds of normal clearing, this might be useful, but in that case there are probably better investments to be made in your build.

Your flasks are recharging almost entirely from kills there.

This mod is actually really bad in single target situations - only 5 charges / second divided amongst all your flasks at MAX (in reality you'll be lucky to hit 4/sec unless you are hammering out 20+ crits/sec with barrage or something) That means if all your flasks are recharging at once you'll only be getting 0.8-1 flask charge per flask per second from the mod.

And for AoE situations you'd gain flask charges so fast the gain from the flask mod is basically a rounding error (which is what your video shows)
