New multiplayer interaction suggestion!

I would like to make a suggestion that could make the game much more interesting and fun ...

We would implement a new orb in the game that using it would open a portal ... This portal would take you to a random player and you would be an exiled invader and your mission would be to kill the player!

* The portal would lead to a random player with no option to choose the enemy

* It would not be possible to invade players with more than 10 levels of difference example> a lvl 60 player would be able to invade at least a level 50 and at most a level 70 player.

* The hacked player would be warned in advance that he is being hacked.

* It would be possible to activate or deactivate the invasions in the game options (disabling the invasions you would not be able to invade anyone)

* The invader will receive prizes for killing the invaded player (invaded player will be awarded if he succeeds in eliminating the invader)

* New in-game items related to this theme.

I thank everyone for their affection, hugs!

This is easily one of the 3 worst ideas I've ever seen in this forum.

There is so much you clearly haven't considered here, but let's start with the obvious:

1 - character level is not an indication of build power. It never has been, it never will be; how good you are is about your ITEMS and literally nothing else. A level 65 on 100 exalts of gear is more than a match for a level 100 on budget gear. There's no possible way to balance this out, which is why PvP is completely dead other than a few people in standard throwing multiple mirrors of game breaking OP-ness at each other

2 - you are literally suggesting a way for players to enter each other's maps and steal their drops. NOBODY with a brain in their skulls would leave this in while running content. Even if I knew I had the bestest PVP build ever and couldn't possibly die to an invader, allowing some rando to just be in my juiced up T16 triple beyond shaper guardian map is a total non-starter.

3 - If it's something you have to find and disable in the options screen, you now have a way for level 12 players to grief newbies in the tidal island until they ragequit POE forever, because new players would justifiably never assume this was a thing they had to opt out of.

I could go on, but I don't think I have to? Like I said before, you've clearly put zero thought into what the implementation of this would actually be like.

I understand that there are players who don't like pvp, and they don't find it fun either! In that case the solution would be to just disable the function in the game options!

This way would be a way to combine pvp with pve for those who like this type of mechanics, since when is pvp fair? lol

Whoever has better items will always win who has inferior items this is a fact in all games!

I'm sorry you didn't like the idea ... but I believe that many will find it interesting. ;*
Agreed this is beyond a bad idea. And the only real option is for upset players to grief. You either have it enabled and aim to wreck people. The smart would just disable it, and the new? Those SAME casuals who can barely hit red maps wont realize they can avoid it. If theres a built in option to disable your idea.... lol it's bad.

E\ check out the feedback for cut throat event.
