^ haha, yeah before I ask a question, I try to find answer on my own. I couldn't, I asked a friend, he couldn't I asked here... and kept looking for the answer.

that is to say it can roll a pure physical damage mod and a roll with +% physical damage as well as + accuracy rating. This is how you get items with 249% IPD.
