Maybe my post implied I thought it was extremely valuable, but I just want to have an idea of it. 20c? 50c? I think it is worth selling, I have only been playing this league for a week I need currency. lol

"Simulcrum is where the boss of the league is. You need 300 splinters to fight him and the splinters are hard to come by for some of those who want to farm him. If you need quick currency you should sell all the splinters you find. " ----- Without the proper enchant most helms are basically not worth anything. Most people (at least if they are like me) buy an enchanted base and craft a good helm. Can't see the itemlevel, but if it were item level 86+ it could even roll +3 to minion gems. Those by themselves are worth something, especially if they are bone helmets and/or influenced.
This one might be good in the level range 50-70 for someone just starting a necro. If I were rerolling I'd probably want to pick up a hat like that to tide me over until I could get either a Baron with the proper enchant, or something else. I wouldn't pay more than 20c for it though, because as soon as you hit level 70+ you have access to better bases to craft onto yourself. Also, where are summoners most likely to socket their important minion gems? Not in the hat, unless it's where a golem goes. This is why most +X to socketed gems affixes on a 1H weapon, shield, or 4L are dead affixes. Notable exceptions are auras, curses, movement skills, and certain triggered effects.
