Can't Access Epilogue after Beating Kitava

I can't access the Epilogue after beating Kitava. I have tried to teleport back to town, exit the game and restart, etc. No portal is generated from Sin. I reported the bug and have a bug ID plus a screenshot showing the bug if needed.

Creating a new instance of the area (Ctrl+clicking on the waypoint) resolved my issue, thank you.
