True, the reworked Cloak of Flame is an excellent armour for the build.
I'm using the Shadowstitch because it allows fast ES recovery, but Cloak of Flame is a solid option.

Which skill gems are the best with tough bosses?

In your PoB (Mahuxotl Ver.), you didn't use Awakened Unbound Ailments and Anomalous Vile Toxins.

These gems aren't effective against random trash mobs, but I think they'll work well against tough monsters that need to multiple hits.

Sometimes, I use Melee Phys instead of Ancestral Call. It's a lot more dmg, but you need to go at very close range ofc.

How does this build do against Ubers? Is it possible, being melee and all, but how's the damage?

I have never tried the Uber Pinnacle bosses with this build. I don't think it can down them.
Best I've done is the Uber Elder.

Hello. The medium cluster jewel 3% increased curses is now legacy and not available on kalandra. The node with despair gives huge ton of dmg so how do we compensate that? Should we put small cluster with that node?;p Also, is there any way to make the phys damage taken higher? EHP is really bad with that ;x Monsters like to one shot me cause of that :D

You can also find it on a Megalomaniac jewel.

Another option is to use Malevolence with Mortifying Aspect (50% inc mana reservation efficiency for Malevolence).

Cloak of Flames and Fortify have been pretty good survival tools when it comes phys damage so shoutout to knj1682 for that idea! I have a question though that may be kinda dumb but if Divine Flesh make damage go through ES, then is there a way that you counter that in your build?

PS: RIP the price of Mahuxotl's, I saw it for 3-4 divine yesterday morning but now it's like 30-40 lol

If you play with the Mahuxotl, you have to give up your ES entirely as a direct source of defense. It becomes a pool that you need to fill to gain the Everlasting Sacrifice : +5% all max res for 4 sec.

With the shield, you also take 50% of elem dmg as chaos, so you almost never get shocked/frozen/ignited etc.

So I think it's a good trade-off.
