Garb of the Ephemeral - what will happen in this scenario?

Don't really want to test this one myself as I like my exp.
Scenario: - An ally running Garb runs off outside my range - I lose the "Nearby Allies' Action Speed cannot be modified to below base value" aura - I get frozen during that time - What will happen if the ally re-enters the range where the aura would once again affect me? Outcome: 1. Will I unfreeze, or 2. Will I remain frozen? Has anyone tested this one? Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris. You will still be frozen but your action speed will go back to 100%.
