Invisible Buff Effect and Watcher's Eye phasing

Please allow things like phasing granted to haste by Watcher's Eye to be removed with the Invisible Buff Effect. You can apply it to phase run to remove the effect but it doesn't remove it from haste if you have a Watcher's Eye to grant phasing.

I want to use my awesome character MTX without it looking funny because of phasing! Thanks!
