Intimidating Cry does not work with Mob Mentality and Warning Call cluster notable

The previous fix only make Cry Wolf cluster notable work with Intimidating Cry from Farrul's Chase unique boots. But Mob Mentality and Warning Call still give no bonus when Intimidating Cry triggered.

it's not really a bug, though it is pretty dumb. the problem is that you are not activating the warcry. the warcry is being triggered. this is the same reason you don't get life/mana from berserker's war bringer node with intimidating cry.
