Assasin's Mark curse not working

Hello, Im using Assasin's Mark with Blasphemy support(makes aura from assasin's mark) and increased area of effect support

Assasin's Mark shouls have 25% chcance to grant powercharge when u slay cursed enemy. But I kill for example 80 monsters cursed by assasin's mark and it do not give any power charge, if im lucky I get 1 after 150 monsters.. Im sure that monsters which I kill are Cursed bcs I see that Curse icon above them (saying it incase someone ask if is my aura enabled xD)

With 25% chance per slain enemy, I should get minimally 1 powercharge per 10 monsters killee

Blasphemy only works with hexes. Assassin's mark has mark, critical, and curse tags.
