Hello there.
Based on what is stated in the awakening level description, conqueror's exalted orbs are generated as extra drops, so there's a high chance that quantity modifiers aren't used in the equation at all. Cheers. PLEASE QUOTE ME IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A REPLY
