Best use of Trash to Treasure for challenge completion in Delirium?

Hey all,
I searched online but a lot of the replies are a bit outdated. I am about to use my trash to treasure and I just wanted to get some feedback on the best use for the resale of a unique item. Obviously nothing is as pricey as simply selling the prophecy, but as most of you know it's needed for a league challenge. Judging from Poe ninja, the best use with no variance involved is to chance the Relic Chamber map, although correct me if I'm wrong in case that map can't be chanced. The other option is to chance a large cluster jewel for voices. I also assume Voices can be chanced. But I also assume that the 7 dead passive version is by far the most common. You can't chance voices.
If you're after the challenge, chance a unique jewel it's easy and most people I seen try it got a unique jewel within 20 tries. And then chance a low ilv weapon for a common unique. t2t is a definitive money loss no matter what you use it on |

I´m about 1000 chance orbs down without success. Even just the time spent chancing and scouring an item I'd rather spend mapping.
I have exalteds to spare so I'm going the T2T route. But would obviously like to get something back. So, Is Cortex via Relic Chamber the best option? |

Does t2t keep helm enchants intact from rare to unique? If it does then Alpha's Howl is probably your best bet for this league...

It doesn't actually specify in the wiki that it can't be chanced (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Cortex), but I'm inclined to agree -- it feels like it shouldn't be chanceable. But I haven't tried it.

Probably Occultist's Vestment, for Shavronne's Wrappings. This seems to be the only chanceable unique that worth more then 50 chaos.

Use it on a shaper two stone ring that can turn into call of the brotherhood.
