If you are contributing any point packs or lower tier packs as an upgrade, the upgrade function would display what is being contributed on the right, under the header "Upgrade from previous transactions:" and would list the parts of that upgrade you have already obtained and will not receive again. The new items/points you will receive from the upgrade would then be listed under "In addition you receive:".
