I don't have rank 3 resistance craft for rings?

I mean, I don't have it on my bench, I don't have it in Undiscovered. I have been to Doedre's Cesspool and it said that You already have this crafting recipe or something like that. What to do?

To clarify, there are rank 3 resists for all gear except rings and amulets, which only have rank 2.
Doedre's Cesspool is the correct place to get rank 3 ele res, but you can't put it on rings. |
