Dumbest POE Mistake?

Got any accidental vendor fails?

I have two that come mind, one from some time ago, another happened yesterday.

1) When I was a noob and had no stash space I vendored a bunch of prophesies, including The Queen's Sacrifice. This was when prophesies were brand new and the resulting shield, Atziri's Reflection, was worth a small fortune.

2) Yesterday, no idea how this happened. I noticed I had accidentally swapped out a ring with some trash tier item and again, vendored it.

Only record I have is from POE Builder. This (standard) ring is worth at least 10ex. So fail.
