Simulacrum + Cruncyroll freezes windows

Ok, this is probably the most obscure bug I've ever encountered.

When I preload a video on Cruncyroll in 1080p (only in 1080p) there is a roughly 50% chance that when I start a new wave in Oriath Dilution (yes, only Oriath Dilution) my entire windows freezes to a state that I can alt+tab out of PoE, then I can't do anything else until I hold my power button and restart my PC.

I have replicated this five times and it only happens with a paused video on Crunchyroll in 1080p and Oriath Dilution. I have tried with Youtube, Dailymotion, Twitch and none of them does it, and it only happens in Oriath Dilution, have tried in Hysteriagate, Syndrome Encampment and Syndrome Encampent. Haven't had Lunacy's Watch.

I know that it would never get anywhere near the priority list of bugs to fix, but I just thought it was a fun bug to share.
