Is there any possibility? I have tons of money on my steamaccount left, because i trade much. I usually buy my supporterpacks directly ingame with steam-purchase and payment.
however, upgrading Supporterpacks only works on the pathofexile.com site. Wanna upgrade the crusader to eyrie supporter pack for 35 bucks, but its not possible with steambalance? cookies Last bumped on Apr 24, 2020, 4:57:08 AM

Sometimes players are not shown the correct upgrade prices when attempting Supporter Pack upgrades through Steam, in these cases we are able to manually process those upgrades instead.
Could you please contact us at support@grindinggear.com about this? It would be great if you could include your Path of Exile account name, as well as a few character names when contacting us there. | |

thanks for the fast reply! the problem isnt (as far as i understand?) that i get shown a wrong price. the problem is that i dont have the option to: a) upgrade a Supporterpack in the Ingameshop with steambalance (playing on steamclient). Only Full Supporterpacks are available ingame. Not the upgrades. b) pay at www.pathofexile.com with steambalance (wich is normal i guess, since steambalance can only be spent via steam?). payment methods on the website dont include steam balance. also (not tryna sound cocky!), how is providing my accountname/charnames helping? there would be still no way to pay for me, right? cookies Last edited by MosesPwns#5604 on Apr 24, 2020, 4:46:21 AM

If you are not being shown any upgrade options through Steam, we would still be able to process this upgrade manually. Our manual upgrade process will allow you make this purchase using your Steam Wallet funds, but it does mean you will need to contact our support team with this request. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
Providing your account and character names will help our team to look into this for you, and providing this early on helps speed things up =) | |

I just wrote an Email to the support, linking this Thread so they get a better overview. As you wrote, i mentioned my (what i believe to be, i guess its MosesPwns right?) Accountname and a few of my Characternames from current and old leagues.
