increased Rallying Cry Buff Effect does not affect increased buff party player

Base physical damage for unarmed attack for duelist is 2~6.

The difference of buffed and buffed damage is:
(35~104) - 4~12 = 31~92

Divide the difference by increased damage from rallying cry:
31~92/1549% = 2~6

The values are exactly right.

As Raye pointed out rallying cry gives increased damage not more damage.
It does not increase your overall damage by that amount but is added during the whole convoluted damage calculation.

so rallying cry add increased damage. not multiplier
