Simulacrum pause

Before 3.10.1e, (In Lunacy's Watch) I was able to gain reward tier 5 on most waves of the simulacrum sometimes 6 (got a 7 once), however since the patch I get 4s sometimes 5s, no-where near 6s. At the end of nearly every wave I've had a 20-30 second period with no enemies before the loot drops, and I've walked all over the map and found nothing. It just feels like the spawning mechanic prematurely stops.

Also is the bridge encampment arena still in the rotation? done maybe 30 runs without seeing it. Most of the time I get the oriath docks which is by far the worst of them all.
